As is standard across all Baptist Union of Victoria churches, we operate like a democracy. Church goers can become members, and have the power to vote on things such as budgets, staff appointments and more.

The church leadership (elders, pastoral team, and board) is put in place (confirmed by members) to guide the church and make recommendations to the members.

We encourage all regular attendees to become members! The first step towards membership is attending a ‘Considering Membership’ lunch. Chat to one of our team after a service to find out more about these.
