Ps Geoff Shepherd
Senior Pastor
The Senior Pastor of MPBC for almost 20 years, Ps Geoff is an incredible preacher with a wealth of life experience as a former Policeman and Youth Pastor. He is known and loved for his warmth, humility, and care for people. He is married to his Canadian wife Deb, with three kids and one daughter-in-law (Jake & Tami, Haley, and Levi), and he loves spending time with his family. Geoff also spends half a day a week as chaplain at the Richmond Tigers, and as a lifelong fan loves his role.
Ps Adam Deveson
Pastor (Youth & Young Adults)
Ps Adam oversees our youth and young adults. He longs to see people of all ages and stages growing closer to Jesus, and loves working with his wife Tash in building the identity of our youth and young adults ministries. He loves his soccer and is a passionate Manchester City fan. Adam is also interested in the creative expression of gentrification in renovation and design.
Ps Samy Kaldas
Associate Pastor (MPBC Pastoral Care & Arabic Ministries)
Ps Samy leads our ministry for Arabic-speaking brothers and sisters from Mill Park and the surrounding areas, along with the pastoral care of our wider church community. An enthusiastic preacher with a heart for serving a diverse community, he is much loved and always has a smile on his face. He enjoys helping people grow in their faith. Married to Martha, they have three children, a daughter-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren who keep life full of laughter and joy. Fun fact: he’s a big fan of numbers and loves spotting the little ways they pop up in everyday life!
Ps Noah (Byungsuk) Lee
Pastor (Korean Ministries)
Ps Noah leads our ministry for our Korean-speaking brothers and sisters from Mill Park and surrounding areas. A gifted evangelist and musician, you’ll often spot him on stage singing and strumming his guitar with a voice that’s big, bold, and full of joy! Married to Jung In, Noah is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and experience God’s love.
Lisa Walton
Church Administrator
Lisa has been part of our church family for over 20 years and loves her admin role at MPBC! Married to David, she’s a proud mum of four grown-up “kids,” plus one dog, two cats, and two rescue birds—so her household is always full of life (and mess)! Lisa loves a good coffee (especially when paired with a donut) and is passionate about serving and supporting our church community.
